Greek Yogurt Fruit Bowl with Almond Butter

Ingredients

150–200 g Greek yogurt

1 tbsp almond butter

½ cup fresh blueberries

4–5 strawberries, sliced

1 small banana, sliced

1–2 tsp honey

1 tsp flax seeds

A pinch of ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Arrange the blueberries, sliced strawberries, and banana on top.
  3. Drizzle the almond butter and honey over the fruit.
  4. Sprinkle with flax seeds and a pinch of cinnamon.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy as a healthy, quick breakfast or snack.

Serving suggestion

For extra crunch, add some granola or toasted nuts on top.
